Frihetsbegreppet behövs i arbetslivsforskningen

Abstract

This article points out the importance of the concept of freedom in work life studies. Gunnar C. Aakvaag´s typology of freedom is considered as a valuable point of departure in empirical studies. In connection to the introduction of Aakvaag´s ideas, his typology is related to Blauner´s classical study on freedom in the workplace.
