The purpose of this cross-sectional survey study was to explore how job demands, support and resource, as well as work-life conflicts related work-related wellbeing among Nordic militaries. The sample consisted of 3308 Nordic militaries (age m=42; 91% men/ 9% women). Hierarchic multiple regression analysis was used for the statistical analysis. After controlling for demographic characteristics work content was introduced, which showed that high job demands related strongly negative – while resources and support related strongly positive to work-related wellbeing. Finally conflicts between work-life conflicts were introduced, which related significantly negative to work-related wellbeing.
