Ornis Svecica charges no author fees and provides so-called Gold Open Access. This means that all content is immediately freely available on our journal website, and the copyright of each article belongs to the authors, under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. This means that anyone is free to share and reuse the contribution as long as the copyright holder is attributed, and the source is clearly indicated.

For authors, this means that the published version can be made available on personal websites and elsewhere, and that anyone is free to redistribute the articles.
