Prospectives of students and teachers on web-based and classroombased courses
Abstract
In this study, a qualitative comparison was made between some courses offered as classroom/web enhanced courses versus web based courses. Student and teacher perspective on web-based courses were evaluated on student motivation to study, retention of course knowledge, willingness of students to part take in future online courses. As a part of that in total 4 questionnaires were sent to different stakeholders of these groups which includes Students of varied interests, teachers and participants of a particular course titled “Introduction to teaching and Learning in Higher Education” at Lund University who have taken the course either in web based or class room based format.Downloads
