Abstract

This report describes the process of establishing a new third-cycle course in Proteomics at Lund University. Learning outcomes are first harmonized with related courses and designed based on systematic analysis of CEQs. Teaching and learning activities are then developed to meet the learning outcomes through the principle of constructive alignment. Other scholary concepts such as deep learning, knowledge objects and the gap concept also permeate the course development.
