Abstract
The ability to work in a diverse environment is a required skill in the modern society. Higher education institutes play a major role in preparing students for their future career in cultural diverse societies. In this paper, the concept of cultural diversity in higher education is briefly introduced. To utilize this diversity as an advantage in teaching and learning process, practical strategies and methods are outlined and discussed for both instructors and students.
