We set out to answer the question: How can Swedish bachelor's and master's programs better prepare students for doctoral education? We decided to answer our research question by attempting to address these questions:
What are the prominent holes in graduate student abilities that PhD supervisors see?
How are these addressed in undergraduate and master programs here at Lund University?
How can they be improved?
We decided to answer these questions in three steps, a survey, a range of interviews based on the survey and a general analysis.
