Manuscripts should be submitted via e-mail to: editor@person-research.org or to: subject-specific@person-research.org if the manuscript is intended for the Section on Subject-Specific Studies
The main text should be submitted in Microsoft Word (DOC; DOCX) format. Submission of an article implies
• that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis or as an electronic preprint),
• that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and
• that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out
Review process
JPOR strongly strives for a swift review process, with at least two reviewers for each submitted manuscript. Our typical policy is to use single-blind peer review (i.e., the reviewers’ identity is kept anonymous from the authors). But if the author(s) would rather prefer double-blind peer review this is also an option. In that case, information identifying the author(s) should be given only on the first page, or on a separate title page.
It is also possible but not necessary for the author(s) to suggest up to three names as possible reviewers.
Proofs
Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author by PDF and should be returned as soon as possible, preferably by e-mail. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors. Any queries should be answered in full.
