About the journal

Botaniska notiser was first published in 1839, 61 years after the death of Carl von Linné. It is Scandinavia's oldest botanical journal and has been published by Lunds Botaniska Förening since 1921. The publication ended its first run in 1980, but in 2001, the journal started anew. The journal (1839-1980) has been digitized by Lund University Library.
