Förändringar av granskning och utvärdering inom svensk skola
Om granskningens organisering, syfte och fokus
Abstract
Changed audit and evaluation practices in the Swedish School System – On the purpose, organization, and focus of school auditing
Over the past decades, the Swedish school system has undergone radical changes, both in its curriculum and in its organisation. One aspect of this is how the responsibility for audit and evaluation has changed. This study investigates how the organisation of auditing of the schools is described in central policy documents. It examines how the responsibility for auditing has changed between different actors over time: the state, the municipalities and the schools themselves. Furthermore, it examines changes in the focus and purpose of the auditing. The study shows that both the organisation and the goals of auditing have varied over time.
