About the Journal

The Lund Human Rights Reports and Working Papers is an interdisciplinary series for the early dissemination of scientific contributions addressing current issues and phenomenon related to human rights. The series is open to all researchers working on human rights irrespective of their affiliation with the Human Rights Profile Area at Lund University.

The series welcomes working papers, research reports, policy briefs, conference papers, literature reviews and other contributions related to human rights research, education, and collaboration. Commentaries or opinion pieces do usually not fall within the scope of the series.

The editorial group reserves the right to reject submissions or request revisions, if fit or quality are not considered sufficient.

Why publish in the series?

There are several advantages for an author to publish a report or working paper:

·         The paper will be made available OJLU as open access

·         The paper can be browsed immediately and is listed by Google scholar

·         The publication process is fast – usually within one month

·         The paper is communicated through the Human Rights Profile Area’s LinkedIn account

·         No transfer of copyrights is needed

·         No "lost" citations – published working papers later accepted by a journal may, on author request, get an updated title page to reference the journal publication
