Standardized theoretical introduction and practical training of flow cytometry for students in a research group environment

Abstract

All new students (and post-docs) whose projects involve flow cytometric analyses have to learn both the basic principle of the method and the proper operation of the instrument. By standardizing the theoretical introduction to flow cytometry and the practical training at the instrument, it will be ensured that all future group members get the same qualification. Team-based oriented learning and behavioral learning will be combined to achieve the goal.
