During the seventh semester of their medical studies at Lund University, students participate in their first focused Neurology course, which includes a Neuroradiology workshop. Currently, the workshop follows an interactive lecture format with case presentations. In this format, students are asked to consider suitable radiological examinations for each case and evaluate the imaging data presented within a 45-minute timeframe. This report proposes the implementation of active learning techniques and group learning methods in the Neuroradiology workshop. A new format is presented, which incorporates elements of teambased learning and peer instruction. The aim of this proposed approach is to enhance the learning outcomes of the workshop and help students better comprehend basic aspects of Neuroradiology.
