Abstract

The course Oral Communication is based on theories of active learning, of experiential learning and of feedback as a tool for learning (Lund University, 2013; 2020a). The above theories are included in Fink´s design. Fink (2013) highlights Experiences – direct and in-direct – as important tools in creating significant learning situations. He also emphasises reflective dialogue – individual and with others – as crucial components in creating a course. Using Fink’s model I hope to see what gaps need to be filled in the existing course design. As a consequence of the pandemic spreading in the world at the moment, I also would like to see how digital tools could be used in the course, and to what extent.
