Abstract

Surgeons in training (specialists) and experienced surgeons (mostly consultants) involved in teaching surgeons at the Eye clinic at Skåne University Hospital were enrolled into a study regarding the teaching and learning of surgery skills. Everyone in the study had suggestions on how to improve teaching in surgery and these suggestions are further discussed.
