Author Guidelines

– Manuscripts can be submitted to the editor by emailing nidaba@cme.lu.se

– Submissions should only be in US English.

– Manuscripts should be based on original and informed analysis of sources.

– Manuscripts should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere in any language.

– Manuscripts should include careful referencing of used work using the Chicago Manual of Style Author-Date system.

– Submissions should be between 7,000-10,000 words including references and appendices.

– All submissions should include on one page that is separate from the body of the text:

  • A title for the manuscript;
  • Author’s affiliation and contact information;
  • A 200-word abstract;
  • 3-5 keywords; and
  • A word count for the entire manuscript.

– The text should be set in Times, 12 points, double spacing.

– Footnotes, and not endnotes, should be used when necessary, but please keep their use to a minimum.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
